Wholesale Dealer Terms and Conditions

(Effective September 1, 2008)

Dealer Qualifications

We sell wholesale for the purpose of resale. You must be an established retail business, with a valid industry related reseller’s permit and retail presence. Business or trade name must appear on reseller permit. Tax will be added until Reseller’s Certificate is provided. We reserve the right to refuse any dealer application without cause or explanation.

Minimums

Initial order of 12 piece minimum (excludes stickers / decals), $200.00 minimum thereafter. Orders new to dealers must be paid with a credit card or check prior to shipment. If you would like to establish an account, please complete the attached Credit Application and submit it following your initial order.

Products and Wholesale Prices

As soon as we approve your dealer application we’ll provide you with information on wholesale pricing of current products. Prices are subject to change without prior notification. Redfish Riviera, LLC will make every effort to contact the dealer prior to price changes.

Terms

All accounts will need to pre-pay for products until a credit application has been completed, reviewed, and approved. Approved accounts agree to pay all invoices Net 30 days. Invoices unpaid thirty one (31) days after the invoice date will be charged to the credit card on file and shall be subject to finance charge of 1.5% per month of part thereof or maximum rate if said contract is deemed legally excessive.

Freight Charges

All prices are F.O.B. point of origin. Terms are prepayment with order, Credit Card, or approved terms. We calculate shipping charges for dealers orders based on total weight of the merchandise.

Backorder Policy

When an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you. There are no charges for a back-ordered item until it is shipped, you may cancel an item on backorder at any time prior to shipment date.

Returns Policy

Any item deemed defective will be credited, replaced, and returned to you freight prepaid. The same stock number, color, and size will be replaced. No refunds or exchanges will be made outside of the warranty period. Closeouts and undergarments that have been worn are non-returnable.
